Residential Care Deputy Manager - Lead & Develop Teams

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team in residential child care. You will support the Registered Manager, organise shifts, and lead a team of Residential Child Care Workers to deliver high quality care.

Join us to promote therapeutic parenting principles, develop staff, and ensure safeguarding and compliance while building strong relationships with families and multi agency partners. The role includes a 56.4 hour week and a 5.6 week annual leave package.
