Residential Assistant Site Manager - Growth & Training

PLC Residential Developer in Hertfordshire-based in Stevenage-is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a major housebuilder. You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day management, coordinate subcontractors and ensure homes are delivered on time and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have residential development experience, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to health and safety. SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS qualifications are advantageous.
