Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor

Leatherhead, Surrey

Are you a talented solicitor looking for your next challenge?

We are supporting a growing, award-accredited law firm, delivering exceptional residential and commercial conveyancing and property services to clients locally and nationally.

Starting salary: £40,000-£55,000 DOE

Office based Mon Fri 37.5 hours/week - could consider 30hrs &/or non standard office hours.

20+ years privately owned and established practice with a team culture that values collaboration, diversity, and innovation.

Beautiful countryside location, with free parking.

Who We're Looking For
  • UK Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate
  • 7+ yrs practical experience as non-contentious property law specialist
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent judgment
  • Confident handling a wide range of clients and cases independently
  • Collaborative, approachable, and resilient
  • An ambitious individual, keen to progress in the practice
Expectations
  • Manage a full caseload across residential and/or commercial property matters
  • Deliver high-quality legal advice to individuals and businesses
  • Support business growth through client engagement and networking
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to team training and development
  • Take ownership of your work in a supportive, professional environment
