Resident Wellbeing Lead: Dining with Dignity & Engagement

Cornerstone Healthcare Group is seeking a Wellbeing Lead for Kitnocks House to inspire a resident centred lifestyle. You will design and deliver engaging activities, oversee dining with dignity, and work with care, hospitality and clinical teams to create a warm, safe and joyful home.

You will lead the Lifestyle & Engagement Programme, champion nutrition and hydration, involve residents in daily life, and guide the Activities Team.
