Resident Wellbeing & Activities Lead

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, dedicated Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator for Loxley Park Care Home in Sheffield. You will provide engaging activities to support residents' physical, psychological and social well-being while upholding privacy, dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include planning monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging events, and working with staff, relatives and visitors to enhance residents' quality of life. DBS checked preferred.
