Resident Well-being & Enrichment Lead

KYN is seeking a Life Enrichment & Well-being Coordinator to join our London-based care home. The role focuses on researching, planning, and delivering a diverse calendar of activities tailored to residents' needs and preferences, including one-to-one engagements where needed.

You will collaborate with the Life Enrichment & Well-being Lead, support recruitment, ensure data privacy, and help create a warm, engaging environment for residents and their families on a 40-hour week at £14.22 per hour.
