Resident Services & Sales Associate (Weekend)

Yugo Crown Place in central Birmingham is seeking a friendly Sales & Service Associate to join our student residences team. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales and marketing activities to keep the residences full.

You'll manage the resident database, help organise social events, and assist with health and safety duties while delivering a warm, proactive service in a fast-paced environment at our
