Resident Services & Sales Associate

Yugo in Bournemouth is seeking a friendly and proactive Service and Sales Assistant to join our student accommodations team. You will act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling queries with empathy and professionalism while supporting sales and marketing activities.

You will keep the resident database up to date and help organise engaging, inclusive student events. The role involves regular interactions, multi-tasking and a focus on delivering excellent service.
