Resident Services Administrator (Neighborhoods)

Croydon Churches Housing Association (ccha) is seeking a caring administrator to join the Neighbourhood Services team in Croydon. This full-time role (35 hours per week) focuses on providing high-quality administrative support to the Neighbourhood Services Manager and team.

As the first point of contact for residents, you'll ensure excellent customer service, handle a variety of tasks with attention to diversity and equality, and adapt to changing priorities.
