Resident Repairs Coordinator

Axis CLC Group is seeking an organised Administrator to join the Repairs & Maintenance team in Dartford. You will coordinate reactive and planned repairs, update residents, and keep records accurate, supporting housing associations and local authorities.

Responsibilities include scheduling repair orders, liaising with operatives and contractors, and ensuring timely information flow to meet KPIs and service targets.
