Resident Liaison Officer for Roofing & Externals

A leading construction firm in Harrow is seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer for a temporary-to-permanent role. Responsibilities include effective communication with residents regarding works, coordinating access arrangements, and resolving issues promptly. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in similar roles and possess strong communication and customer service skills. This position offers £19 - £20 per hour PAYE, working Monday to Friday for 40 - 45 hours a week.
