Job Description
Overview

Fixed Term for 12 months. The Resident Liaison Officer role involves supporting the Customer Services Manager to deliver excellent customer service by engaging with and securing input from stakeholders, in order to develop the service to an optimal level.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and enquiries from residents, elected members and colleagues as part of the team.
  • Develop and apply systems to monitor and carry out leaseholder consultation, and assist with ensuring compliance with service charges, consultation requirements and relevant regulations.
  • Assist with understanding leasehold management and consultation requirements under sections 18-30 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985; training will be provided if needed.
  • Use Microsoft Office and in-house computer systems to monitor and analyse data to ensure adherence to statutory deadlines.
  • Work in a busy office environment with the ability to prioritise workload around service demands and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a busy office environment with the ability to prioritise workload around service demands and strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn leasehold management and consultation requirements under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (sections 18-30); training available.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and in-house systems, with the ability to monitor and analyse data.
