Resident Liaison for Sustainable Home Retrofit

Sustainable Building Services is seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to manage the resident journey and ensure high satisfaction across decarbonisation projects. You will engage with residents before, during, and after works, coordinating consultations and access arrangements in collaboration with clients and subcontractors.
