Resident-Focused Housing Assistant - Extra Care

Guinness is looking for a Housing Assistant to join our Independent Living Team at the Extra Care Scheme in Okehampton. This permanent, full-time role offers 35 hours per week and a customer-focused environment.

You will work alongside the Scheme Manager to deliver a high-quality housing management service, ensuring safety and exceeding resident expectations. We seek a proactive team player with strong customer service skills, good IT literacy, and excellent written and spoken communication.
