Resident Experience Lead - Activities & Wellbeing

EQ Care's The Maples care home in Telford is hiring an Activities & Wellbeing Co-ordinator (Customer Experience Lead). The role focuses on planning engaging activities, events and outings to enhance residents' lives and sense of belonging.

You will build relationships with families, local schools and community groups, and work with the team to create an inclusive, warm home where residents feel valued every day. 40 hours weekly, £26,436 per annum.
