Resident Experience & Community Advisor

Fresh are seeking a Resident Advisor at Central Studios, Reading to help deliver an outstanding living environment for residents. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with duties including welcoming residents, handling payments, and supporting on-site operations to maintain a safe and engaging building community.

You will be the first point of contact for residents, providing excellent service and helping organise events and communications to foster a friendly,
