Resident Engagement & Activities Lead

Runwood Homes Limited is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our team. You will create and run engaging activities tailored to each resident, promoting social interaction and wellbeing. Your role also includes mentoring staff on how to interact with residents to ensure everyday moments are meaningful and enriching.

You will support residents in maintaining dignity and self-esteem while encouraging individuality and participation in activities that suit diverse interests.
