Resident-Centric Maintenance Technician

HC-One is seeking a Maintenance Operative to perform a range of maintenance, cleaning and housekeeping tasks within our care settings. You will apply mechanical and electrical knowledge, carry out safety audits and maintain accurate records, while communicating with residents in a kind and considerate manner.

You will replace fittings, fix issues, and assist with decorating and repairs as part of a dedicated team, with safeguarding training provided and a strong focus on resident wellbeing.
