Resident Activity & Wellbeing Coordinator

Nazareth is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for our care home to design a structured daily programme of activities for residents, helping them stay engaged and supported.

You will work under the General Manager and deliver activities across lounges, garden, dining room, and in one-to-one sessions, promoting wellbeing, socialising, and safety. DBS/PVG required; NVQ2 in Health and Social Care or working towards level 3 desirable.
