Resettlement Advisor - Custody to Community Support

Nacro has a vacancy for a Resettlement Advisor at HMP Dovegate. You will provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to people in custody to address barriers and prepare for reintegration into the community.

Working within a custodial setting, you'll help individuals improve housing, finances and wellbeing, identify strengths, and co design achievable goals with partners across agencies. Safeguarding and accurate records are integral to the role.
