What you'll be doing

Essential responsibilities include:

• Business Partnering: Support business partnering with different legal entities branches, provide reserve and performance views, rationalize and document results at different levels.
• Deep dive analysis as part of Valuation exercise: Assist in the delivery of the valuation analysis, assess methodologies, review changes, present results to senior management.
• Business Planning: Contribute to the development of the division business plan, set target budget loss ratios, evaluate underwriting strategies and pricing.
• Legal Entity Support: Contribute to legal entity assessments and support rationalisation of legal entity changes.
• Special Projects: Participate in projects developing processes or investigations for new methodologies impacting reserving.

What you'll bring

• Actuarial Experience: Qualified actuary, non life insurance reserving, ResQ software, Solvency II knowledge, leadership track record.
• Planning & Organisation: Manage conflicting tasks, plan long term deliverables, communicate delays.
• Compelling Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, present claims trends to underwriters.
• Business Partnering: Translate actuarial output into business value for customers.
• Strategic Thinking and Tactical Implementation: Design and build solutions.
