Job Description

Have you worked as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or Reservations Agent before? Do you have experience with Opera? Our cosy 130-bedroom hotel is based in the heart of Camden Town. The hotel is small enough for you to get noticed, yet big enough to gain great experience.

As a Reservations Agent, you will be expected to:

Ensure our guests have positive experience from the point of enquiry via telephone or email.

You will be responsible for organising and following up all aspects of individual and group bookings according to procedures, in addition to ensuring that all necessary information is communicated to other departments to ensure that guest requirements are fulfilled.
