About the Restaurant

Hawksmoor Knightsbridge is a 130-cover restaurant located just off Brompton Road between Knightsbridge's iconic department stores Harrods and Harvey Nichols, and Kensington's cultural institutions such as the Victoria & Albert Museum, Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. The restaurant is known for its art deco interior, ethically reared British beef steaks, seafood dishes, and award winning cocktails and Sunday roast.

Role Overview

We are seeking a part time Reservationist to manage reservations and communicate with guests. You will handle reservations via OpenTable, email, and phone, ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and confirm restaurant reservations using OpenTable.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and face to face interactions.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and coordinate with kitchen and front of house teams.
• Assist with daily reservation reporting and adjustments.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant reservations, reception services, bookings management, or restaurant management.
• Proficiency with OpenTable and email systems.
• Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person.
• Ability to work part time and handle a high volume environment.
