Role Overview
The Reservations Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue through meeting room and event space bookings, managing enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation. The role focuses on maintaining high conversion rates, upselling add-ons and ensuring a seamless client experience through effective coordination with operational teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for external meeting room enquiries and internal and external event bookings via phone, email and web leads
Qualify client needs and recommend the most suitable space and solution
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through objection handling and consultative selling
Upsell event packages, catering and additional services to maximise revenue
Manage a daily pipeline of leads and bookings, maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce)
Deliver against individual and team KPIs and revenue targets
Process invoicing and payments, ensuring smooth handover to onsite operational teams
Maintain strong knowledge of the full building portfolio, including USPs and competitor awareness
Support wider sales activity across the organisation when required
Skills and Experience
Experience in telesales or reservations based sales environments
CRM proficiency and strong IT literacy (MS Office)
Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
Resilient, proactive and able to manage multiple live opportunities under pressure
Target driven team player with a commercial mindset
