  • Document systems and processes to ensure transparency and maintainability.
  • Implement data validation and quality monitoring systems.
  • Develop automations to support compliance and record-keeping (e.g., meeting logs, research sources).
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry in a production environment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with data pipelines, APIs, and web scraping.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or custom-built dashboards).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and/or product development cycles.
  • Exposure to LLM integration and prompt engineering is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with tools like Airtable, GitHub, Microsoft Power Automate, and serverless functions.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and general IT infrastructure (Mac and PC environments).
  • Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset.
  • Relevant certifications in data, AI, or automation are advantageous.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
