Research and Insight Manager
Posted 18 hours 58 minutes ago by The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman
We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England and public services delivered by the UK Government. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
Our service is free for everyone.
About the roleAs Research and Insight Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our work. You will lead the development and delivery of our research programme.
Your work will be crucial in helping us understand how we can improve our own services and inform the development of our insight work, so that we can help identify and drive service improvements across the NHS and central government.
Your experience as a researcher with an established background in leading public sector research projects will help ensure we produce and analyse robust qualitative and quantitative research that informs the full range of the Ombudsman's functions.
