Requirements Manager - SC Cleared - Urgent

Cloud Consulting have an urgent requirement for an experienced Requirements Manager to work on a high-profile project for a government department.

The role is a hybrid one - 2 days p/week in either Bristol or Andover, and 3 days remote.

The project is outside of IR35.

Role-scope:

The Requirements Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritised, and aligned with programme outcomes and Defence standards.

• Proven experience as a Requirements Manager, Business Analyst, or Systems Engineer in complex digital/technology programmes.
• Strong knowledge of requirements management tools (eg, IBM DOORS, Jama, JIRA).
• Experience working in Defence or high-security environments with multiple suppliers.
• Familiarity with requirements engineering standards (eg, ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148).
• Excellent skills in requirements capture, validation, prioritisation, and traceability.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies, and how requirements integrate into each.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
