We are looking for a Requirements Engineer/Business Analyst for one of our clients, a leading financial services provider in Switzerland, for a contracting role.

Our client is currently embarking on a mission-critical migration project: moving their core debit card processing to a next-generation platform. Your expertise will be key in delivering a seamless transition for their banking clients and millions of cardholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business and technical requirements, reviewing them for clarity and feasibility, and ensuring structured documentation. You will support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing user stories and act as the bridge between product management and development.

If you have solid experience in requirements documentation, business analysis, and process strategy, alongside strong problem-solving skills and adaptability then this is the right opportunity for you!

This is a 12 month contracting role.

In terms of languages, fluency in German and English is a must. Candidates must also be based in Switzerland.
