St. Aubyn's School is looking to appoint a Reprographics and Design Assistant to start as soon as possible. This is a new role which will provide an efficient, responsive and high-quality reprographics service across the School. The postholder will take responsibility for preparing printed and physical resources requested by teaching and support staff, including photocopying, printing, collating, binding and laminating. Alongside the core reprographics function, the postholder will provide creative and practical design support to the Marketing and Drama Departments and, where capacity permits, undertake photography around the School. The balance between reprographics and creative work will vary throughout the year according to teaching requirements, marketing campaigns, productions, events and other school priorities. During our selection process applicants will be required to demonstrate their:

• Experience of managing administrative, production, printing or design tasks to deadlines.
• Competence in using Canva and Microsoft Office, or equivalent productivity and design software.
• Sound practical and artistic judgement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A good standard of general education is essential; qualifications and/or training in graphic design, art, media, reprographics or a related subject would be an advantage.
