Reporting Workstream Lead - SAP Analytics Cloud & Datasphere
Contract | Inside IR35 | £395 per day | Hybrid (Nottingham)

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Workstream Lead to lead the Reporting and Analytics workstream on a major SAP programme. The role has responsibility for end-to-end reporting design, delivery, and governance, with oversight of an offshore delivery team delivering solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere.

This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality, scalable analytics solutions aligned with programme objectives and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Reporting and Analytics workstream across the programme, covering SAC and Datasphere
• Manage and coordinate an offshore delivery team, ensuring clear priorities and quality standards
• Own the reporting delivery plan, milestones, and dependencies
• Act as the primary reporting point of contact across programme workstreams
• Govern end-to-end reporting architecture in collaboration with solution architects
• Review and approve reporting designs, data models, and dashboards
• Ensure consistency across operational, statutory, and management reporting
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and HR/Payroll stakeholders to capture and prioritise reporting requirements
• Lead reporting workshops and design sessions
• Oversee integration with SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP data sources
• Support SIT/UAT, defect management, and delivery governance

Required Experience

• Strong experience leading Reporting or Analytics workstreams on SAP programmes
• Hands-on and leadership experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere
• Proven experience managing offshore delivery teams
• Solid understanding of reporting across Finance, Procurement, and HR/Payroll domains
• Experience integrating SAC and Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong delivery and governance mindset

Desirable Experience

• Experience in UK public sector or local government environments
• Experience on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programmes
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and audit requirements

Logistics

• Contract length: Initial 3 months, with likely extension
• Rate: £395 per day (Inside IR35, PAYE)
• Location: Hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week onsite in Nottingham
• Start: Subject to BPSS clearance
