Job Description
Reporting and Analytics Manager Circa £60,000 depending on skills & experience Permanent, 37 hours per week Huntingdon / Peterborough / Lincoln The Quality, Environment & Assurance Reporting and Analytics Manager will shape and lead the strategic vision for how we maximise value through our systems, processes and data across the Directorate and influence the wider organisation. You will ensure that all reporting and analytical activity upholds the highest standards of impartiality, while unlocking greater value from our data to inform decision-making and strengthen performance.If you have experience leading teams to drive insight and automation through systems, are passionate about regulatory excellence and are energised by the challenge of building a cutting edge reporting and analytics capability this is your opportunity to lead a team that will shape the organisation's future. Key responsibilities Define and execute a strategic vision for transforming the Reporting and Analytics team into a high-performing, industry-leading function. Establish a clear analytics product roadmap that aligns with business priorities while ensuring full compliance with all reporting and regulatory requirements.
