Job Description
Your new key responsibilities 
- Prepare and deliver regular, user-friendly reports and scorecards that provide clear visibility into sales force performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance-tracking tools (Power BI, Excel) to monitor key KPIs across teams and territories.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance data, and distribution efficiency to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Calculate and allocate sales targets for BDs (Out Of Home & At Home) and LKAMs in line with business objectives and strategic plans.
- Track progress against targets and support final bonus calculations.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, etc.) related to reporting, field sales processes, or analysis.
- Collaborate in the development, testing, and tracking of new reporting tools and scorecards.
- Participate in cross-functional processes and projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency across teams.
- Actively contribute to the evolution and execution of the Route-To-Market Strategy, aligning local needs with Group best practices.
- You have completed a higher education degree or equivalent practical experience.
- You bring at least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in sales operations, business analytics, or performance management.
- You are fluent in English and either German or French.
- You have strong analytical skills and are confident working with large datasets.
- You are proficient in MS Excel and Power BI.
- You manage your time and priorities effectively, and you are comfortable working across multiple processes and stakeholders.
- You communicate clearly, and you know how to translate data into insights that matter.
- You understand sales and distribution processes, stakeholder needs, industry trends, and the importance of SLAs.
- You have a structured, data-driven mindset and a proactive, collaborative approach.
