Replenishment Supervisor

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at West Retail Park, Fforestfach! This is a permanent, part time role, working 30 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

Responsibilities

As a Replenishment Supervisor, you will support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to deliver the best store standards for our customers.

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organised.
• Ensure that all staff are compliant with our Health & Safety policies.
• Operate & deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
• Be passionate about delivering great customer service.

Requirements

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills.
• The ability to think on your feet.
• A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude.
