Replenishment Manager

We're recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Spennells. You'll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands on teamwork.

This is a permanent, full time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation.
• Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately.
• Oversee warehouse and back of house operations, including stock control and safety.
• Support promotional and seasonal activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards.
• Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or logistics.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A hands on leader with a proactive, can do attitude.
• Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast moving environment.
• A strong understanding of KPIs and performance targets.
