We're recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Clevedon. You'll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands on teamwork.
Responsibilities- Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation.
- Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately.
- Oversee warehouse and back of house operations, including stock control and safety.
- Support promotional and seasonal activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards.
- Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team.
- Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or logistics.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A hands on leader with a proactive, can do attitude.
- Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast moving environment.
- A strong understanding of KPIs and performance targets.
