Repatriation Team Business Officer

Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Repatriation Team Business Officer to join a leading financial institution in Belgium.

As part of the Repatriation Team, you will:

• Check, analyze, accept, or refuse incoming international transactions within Retail, Private, and Wealth Management segments
• Contact clients (Retail segment) or relationship managers/contact persons (Private & Wealth segments) to collect documents and information related to transactions
• Ensure all client files are properly archived using internal tools
• Escalate suspicious cases to the AML Operations team
• Manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Support the new workflow aimed at reducing risks linked to transactions from sensitive countries
• Report regularly to management regarding activities and issues encountered

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Tax or equivalent
• Excellent command of Dutch and French, good knowledge of English
• Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience
• Solid expertise in personal tax matters
• Experience with AML processes and tax analysis
• Quick learner, able to rapidly master internal banking tools
• Prior experience in banking is required; senior profiles are also welcome to apply
