Repairs Scheduler: Efficient, Resident-Focused Maintenance

Axis CLC Group is seeking a highly organised Scheduler for our Repairs and Maintenance team. You will plan and schedule repairs, coordinate with residents, operatives and client teams to keep works moving smoothly from start to finish.

You will use ROCC, DRS and Opti-time to update jobs, optimise workloads and ensure timings meet targets. A strong customer service focus and ability to work under pressure are essential.
