Repairs Scheduler & Onsite Coordination Lead

Southern Housing is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate repairs and maintenance appointments for residents and contractors in Maidstone. This on-site role is initially temporary with a view to permanent, paying £15.81 per hour under PAYE.

You will allocate jobs, update scheduling systems, liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams to confirm appointments, and keep records accurate and up to date. This role requires 5 days per week on site.
