Job Description

United Infrastructure is a dynamic and rapidly expanding business focused on delivering critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review and monitor appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to deadlines and timescales.
  • Liaise with the client and wider team; keep all parties informed of updates.
  • Contact clients via email and telephone on a daily basis.
  • Manage all planning, administrative and customer liaison requirements for the assigned project.
  • Keep Total Mobile up to date, input data accurately for reporting.
  • Log all new jobs onto Total Mobile.
  • Contact residents to arrange validation and post-inspection surveys.
  • Allocate relevant job codes to site managers for surveys.
  • Respond to client queries regarding access to properties.
  • Generate letters to residents at various points of the workflow.
  • Monitor shared inbox to meet targeted email action levels.
  • Provide admin support to the Disrepairs Team and raise purchase orders as instructed.
  • Attend client meetings as requested.
Qualifications
  • Relevant admin qualification or proven experience.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Strong experience working within a fast-moving environment delivering a high-quality, robust delivery service.
  • Experience working within a customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of equality issues.
