Job Description
United Infrastructure is a dynamic and rapidly expanding business focused on delivering critical infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities- Prepare, review and monitor appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to deadlines and timescales.
- Liaise with the client and wider team; keep all parties informed of updates.
- Contact clients via email and telephone on a daily basis.
- Manage all planning, administrative and customer liaison requirements for the assigned project.
- Keep Total Mobile up to date, input data accurately for reporting.
- Log all new jobs onto Total Mobile.
- Contact residents to arrange validation and post-inspection surveys.
- Allocate relevant job codes to site managers for surveys.
- Respond to client queries regarding access to properties.
- Generate letters to residents at various points of the workflow.
- Monitor shared inbox to meet targeted email action levels.
- Provide admin support to the Disrepairs Team and raise purchase orders as instructed.
- Attend client meetings as requested.
- Relevant admin qualification or proven experience.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Strong experience working within a fast-moving environment delivering a high-quality, robust delivery service.
- Experience working within a customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of equality issues.
