Repairs Estimator

This position plays a key role within the business and is responsible for identifying repair work opportunities, compiling quotations for repair works and progressing with customers to gain chargeable orders.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identify opportunities for chargeable repair works from company maintenance portfolio
  • Responsible for creating prompt accurate quotations in accordance with company system
  • Responsible for issuing sufficient quote volume to attain required order intake value and profitability
  • Responsible for regular contact with customers to ensure quotations received and understood
  • Manage and guide customer expectations on the company's services
  • Support the regional service functions, as placing and receiving orders from/to warehouse

The ideal candidate will have already worked in a similar role in the lift or engineering industry. The candidate should also demonstrate:
