Repairs Admin & Customer Support Officer

Fareham Borough Council is seeking a Repairs Administration Officer for the Building Repairs and Maintenance service. You will handle a wide range of customer queries by phone and in writing, coordinating repairs and updating ICT systems to ensure the right tradesperson is allocated.

You will perform administrative duties and provide support across the department in a busy, fast-paced environment, learning on the job and maintaining a professional approach.
