About the role

We are looking for a hands on Electronics Repair Technician (Electronics & Warehouse) to join our UK service centre in Alton. This is a varied and practical role where you'll work with electronics repair, spare parts, and day to day service and warehouse operations.

You'll play a key role in keeping our products performing at their best while ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for customers. The role also includes a significant portion of warehouse related tasks, which will continue to grow as our business expands.

What you'll be doing
  • Diagnose and repair electronic products (e.g. sports watches and dive computers)
  • Carry out maintenance and quality checks in line with service standards
  • Handle spare parts, including stock control and inventory management
  • Support customer repairs and aftersales enquiries
  • Keep accurate service records and documentation
  • Work closely with internal teams and external service partners
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries
  • Manage stock levels and support efficient warehouse operations
What we're looking for
  • Experience in electronics repair, diagnostics, or similar hands on technical work
  • Background in a service centre, workshop, or warehouse environment is a plus
  • Practical, detail oriented, and solution focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic IT skills (MS Office)
