Currently we are looking for a Repair Specialist. As a part of the aftersales team, the Repair Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibility:

Troubleshoot, repair mobile phones and other OPPO products.

Contact clients and solve relevant aftersales issues.

Answer technical questions from call center and monitor the service quality of call center

Record problem diagnosis and technical summary within internal system.

According to the service policy, organize repair skill trainings with the service providers.

Qualifications:

Has electronic products repair experience or relevant background.

Knowledge of working principal of electronic products in general.

Proficiency in English, speaking of Dutch/ French/ Chinese is a plus.
