Renewals-focused Independent Broker Great Culture

An established independent commercial insurance broker is looking to hire a Commercial Broker to manage and develop a general commercial SME portfolio.

This role suits someone who enjoys owning client relationships, handling renewals, and working in a close-knit, people-first business rather than a corporate environment.

The Role

You'll manage your own book of SME commercial clients, with a strong emphasis on renewals and client servicing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing renewals for SME clients (typical premiums up to c. £2,000)
  • Handling MTAs and client meetings
  • Day-to-day broking and insurer liaison
  • Maintaining and developing long-term client relationships
  • Managing your own book of business end to end

Package

  • Salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
