Renewables Electrical Site Lead

Mint Selection is seeking experienced Electrical Site Managers to support upcoming renewable energy contracts across substations, BESS, solar PV, and grid connection projects in the United Kingdom. The roles focus on delivering electrical installation works on complex infrastructure, coordinating electrical teams and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities include managing HV/LV cabling, testing, commissioning, and energisation, while ensuring compliance with grid codes and HSE standards.
