Renewable Energy IB: Associate Director, Origination

Augusta & Co, part of the Mizuho Group, seeks an Associate Director to lead origination and execution of energy-focused advisory mandates in Europe. You will work with senior bankers on business development, manage junior staff, and deliver high-quality financial analysis, model work, and client documentation.

You will coordinate due diligence, negotiate key agreements, and draft pitches and investment materials while expanding relationships with senior sector peers.
