We're looking for a kind, dedicated, and reliable relief support worker to join our friendly team in Nottingham. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a lovely lady in her own home, helping her to live as independently and happily as possible.

About the Role

You'll play an important role in providing day to day support with:

• Personal care and daily living tasks
• Cooking, cleaning, shopping, and medication support
• Attending appointments and supporting social activities

You'll be working within a small, supportive team who truly care about the people we support.

Working Hours

The hours for this role include shifts between 7 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday, plus sleep ins. No two days are the same - and you'll always go home knowing you've made a difference.

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism is desirable, but not essential - full training will be provided. An Enhanced Adult DBS check will be required.
