Relief Support Worker - Learning Disabilities, Flexible Hours

Creative Support Ltd is seeking relief support workers in Liverpool to provide personalised support plans for learning disabilities in our supplied living services. You'll work with a dedicated team to help service users develop daily living skills and participate in social activities across the community.

Role requires at least twelve months paid care experience, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
