Relief Shop Supervisor

We are expanding our retail team and seeking enthusiastic and committed team members to support our shop managers and work with our shop volunteers, fostering a positive team spirit within the shop as well as being a proactive member of the wider retail team.

Relief Shop Supervisors are responsible for providing cover for shops when there may be vacancies, holidays or sickness or to work alongside shop managers in busy locations. The key objective for our shop staff is to achieve the retail sales budget, while providing a welcoming environment for our customers.

We have a number of opportunities available; mostly in the Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells areas of Kent, but we will consider applicants available to work a minimum of three days a week (including weekends) across our shops in West Kent and East Sussex. All applicants should be willing to travel to and work at different shops to meet our needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary cover for shop staff during vacancies, holidays or sickness.
• Work alongside shop managers in busy locations to achieve retail sales and meet the budget.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to different shop locations.
