Relief Senior Care Lead: Shift Champion

Stones Place care home in Lincoln is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Relief) to support the Home Manager and lead care teams across shifts. You will deputise for senior staff, promote person-centred care, and ensure safe, dignified support for residents.
